The workshop closes with a binding Go/Fix/Stop decision:

- Is there clarification required that must be resolved before proceeding?
- Or does the Market Readiness Check indicate that the market approach needs fundamental realignment?
This decision is documented, versioned and accountable – not an open protocol, not a “further conversation”.
